""Are you ready?" Zara knocked on the door.
"Hmm, I'm ready." She was standing in front of the dressing table in her room.
"Come out quickly... "Big Abu is waiting."
"Let's go." She was going to get her passport done today and also had to get some language course books.
She was wearing a green suit with a red dupatta on it. Wrapping herself up nicely with a chadar, she came out of the mansion.
"Son, go well." Grandma put her hand on his head.
Saying Allah Hafiz, she came out. Azmat and Hakim Shah were standing in front. Azmat opened the back door of the car and she sat inside.
♣~♣~♣~♣
It was just before dawn, when the darkness is deepest and breathing is quietest. On the rocky platform located high in the mountain, the prince stood alone. In his hand was a small copper bowl, in which a special fragrant oil had been burned. It was the same oil through which one could meet Kashyap, this ritual was the only way.
As soon as the oil burned, a faint golden light began to rise. A strange A shiver ran through him. Some invisible force had opened his eyes. The prince closed his eyes and calmed himself, and when he turned around, a faint blue glow was emerging on the horizon.
He was descending the mountain with the soldiers. The stones under his feet made strange sounds.
Shortly after, a hut appeared among the trees. It was small, but ancient. Outside, a lamp was giving off a dim light among the bushes.
The door opened by itself.
The man who was Kashpiu stood at the door. His eyes were white, his face was full of wrinkles and his clothes were black, reaching down to his ankles, which were imprinted with both dirt and time. He said without looking at the prince:
"If you have come, you must have completed the ritual."
The prince remained silent. The old man took a deep breath and said:
"Tell me, where have you come from?"
The prince kept his voice calm and said,
"I am a merchant. I have set out on a journey."
Kashpyu slowly bowed his head,
"Merchants do not lie... There is something else in your eyes."
The prince paused for a moment, then said:
"I have come to find someone. Someone who is lost, and in search of whom time has flowed like water."
"Have you come for the one who knew the secret of the tablets?"
A sudden gleam flashed in Kaspyu's eyes.
The prince was startled, but he hid his expression and said:
"It is possible...".
"Do you know who it was?" Kaspyu asked.
The prince lowered his eyelids.
"Whoever it was, I have brought him here in search of him."
Kashpyu said in a low voice;
"Then come... to my chamber. These things do not happen in the light."
They both entered the hut.
