"Go back, Zarian. I will suffocate." His coming so close made him nervous.

"She stood very close to him when she wasn't suffocating or she was too heady." Her tone was sarcastic. It felt bad to be close to the heart

"Zaryan. I'm telling you again that I didn't do all that on purpose. Why should I think that when I didn't see it properly," she said helplessly. Her eyes widened. I got wet.

"زریان۔۔۔میں پھر تمہیں بول رہی ہوں کہ میں نے جان بوجھ کر نہیں کیا وہ سب۔۔مجھے کیوں ہیڈسم لگے گا وہ جبکہ میں نے اسے ٹھیک طرح سے دیکھا ہی نہیں۔"وہ بے بسی سے بولی۔آنکھیں پل بھر میں بھیگی۔

"آئندہ اگر وہ تمہارے آس پاس بھی دیکھا پھر تمہارے لئے اچھا نہیں ہوگا۔۔۔سو فٹ کے فاصلے پر رہنا اب اس سے ورنہ مجھ سے برا کوئی نہیں ہوگا۔وہ دکھے بھی تو مجھے بلا لینا پھر میں اسے اچھی طرح دیکھ لوں گا۔"اسکا آگ اگلتا لہجہ جائشہ کیلئے نیا تھا۔وہ کہاں عادی تھی اسکے غصے کی۔

جائشہ نے بے ساختہ اسکی شرٹ تھامی۔۔وہ مزید اسکا غصہ نہیں سہ سکتی تھی۔اعصاب شل ہونے لگے تھے۔زریان کے دل نے ایک بیٹ مس کی تھی۔اسکا دل جائشہ کے آنسو دیکھ کر نرم ہوا۔۔یہ لمحہ ان دونوں کے درمیان ٹہر گیا تھا۔

"زریان پلیز۔۔۔۔۔مجھ سے ایسے بات نہیں کرو مجھے ڈر لگ رہا ہے۔"سہمی آواز زریان کے کانوں سے ٹکرائی۔۔بھوری آنکھیں اپنی ہی رنگت جیسی بھوری آنکھوں سے ٹکرائی۔۔

اس نے آج بغور ان آنکھوں میں جھانکا تھا جو بالکل اسکا عکس تھیں۔بھوری آنکھیں۔چمکتی آنکھیں۔

"ڈر تو مجھے بھی لگ رہا ہے۔۔۔کہیں بات سنگیں موڑ نا اختیار کر جائے۔"بھاری گھمبیر لہجہ۔۔مخمور آنکھیں کچھ الگ رنگ دکھلا رہی تھی۔

"پیچھے ہٹو زریان۔۔مجھے سانس نہیں آ رہی۔۔گھر پر سب انتظار کر رہے ہوں گے۔چلو اب۔"نظریں چراتے ہوئے کہا گیا۔جائشہ نے اسکے سینے پر ہاتھ رکھ کر اسے دور کیا۔

دل کے مقام پر نرم لمس دل کو دھڑکانے کا باعث بنا تو وہ ہوش میں آتے سنبھلا۔۔اسکی روئی روئی آنکھیں بے چین کر گئی تھی۔

"رو کیوں رہی ہو مرا نہیں ہوں میں ابھی۔ہاں اگر رافع کی بنتی درگت پر یہ آنسو ہے تو کچھ کہ نہیں سکتے۔۔"

"ایسی بات نہیں ہے۔۔وہ بس پتا نہیں کیوں مجھے رونا آگیا تھا۔تمہیں آج سے پہلے اتنا غصے میں کبھی نہیں دیکھا۔تم ہنستے مسکراتے اچھے لگتے ہو۔"

"جب بات عزت پر آتی ہے تو غصہ جائز ہے۔۔تم پر بات آئے گی تو ہار بار میرا یہی روپ دیکھنے کیلئے ملے گا۔"

اپنی جگہ پر واپس آتے دل میں خود کو سو بار ملامت کی جو آج ناجانے کس ڈگر پر چل پڑا تھا۔
