'برے ہو تم بہت برے تم نے بیا کو مارا تھا۔۔۔۔بیا کو مارا تھا ۔۔۔۔۔'

زرش روتے ہوئے چلانے لگی اور ساتھ ہی زور زور سے آر بی کے چہرے اور سینے پر تھپڑ اپنے نازک ہاتھوں سے تھپڑ اور مکے مارنے لگی۔

'نہیں ڈرتی میں تم جیسے برے انسان سے نہیں ڈرتی۔۔۔'

زرش نے اپنا پورا زور لگا کر اسکے چہرے پر تھپڑ مارا لیکن پھر وجدان نے آگے بڑھ کر زرش کا ہاتھ تھام لیا۔

'بس نور تھک جاؤ گی تم۔۔۔'

وجدان نے بہت محبت سے زرش کو اپنے ساتھ لگا کر کہا زرش اپنے آنسو ضبط کرنے لگی۔

'تو تمہاری خوش فہمی دور ہو گئی نا کہ زرش تم سے ڈرتی ہے جو خوف تم نے اسکے دل میں ڈالا تھا وہ عمر بھر تک ایک چھاپ بنا رہے گا ۔۔۔۔لیکن حقیقت تمہارے سامنے ہے تمہارے خوف کا ایک سایہ تک نہیں ہے میری نور پر۔'

وجدان نے بہت محبت سے زرش کو دیکھ کر کہا۔اسکی آنکھوں میں یہ محبت آر بی کو اندر تک سلگا گئی تھی۔وہ اپنے تمام زخم بھلا کر دل میں جلنے والی آگ سے سلگ اٹھا تھا۔

'ارے ہاں یاد آیا رومان میں تو تمہیں مبارکباد دینے آیا تھا۔۔۔'

آر بی نے حیرت سے وجدان کو دیکھا۔

'مبارک ہو بہت بہت تم تایا بننے والے ہو معاف کرنا میں مٹھائی لانا بھول گیا۔'

وجدان نے مسکرا کر کہا تو زرش فوراً اپنا دہکتا چہرہ وجدان کے سینے میں چھپا گئی جبکہ وجدان کی بات اور وہ منظر آر بی کو اندر تک سلگا گیا تھا۔سکندر سچ میں جیت چکا تھا اور رومان بہت بری طرح سے ہارا تھا۔

'یہ میری ہے رومان صرف اپنے خان کی نور۔۔یاد رکھنا۔'

وجدان نے زرش کو اپنے سینے میں کستے ہوئے کہا اور مسکرا کر رومان کو دیکھنے لگا جو ہمیشہ کی طرح پھر سے حسد کی آگ میں اندر ہی اندر جل رہا تھا۔

وجدان تو زرش کو وہاں سے لے گیا لیکن رومان اپنے جسم سے اٹھتی تکلیفوں کو نظر انداز کر کے اپنے سینے میں اٹھنے والی آگ پر چلا اٹھا تھا۔وہ ہار گیا تھا اتنا طاقتور ہونے کے باوجود ہار گیا کیونکہ برائی کبھی بھی ہمیشہ کے لیے نہیں رہتی ۔

اللہ نے بس برے انسان کی رسی دراز کی ہوتی ہے تاکہ وہ اپنی برائی کی ہر حد دیکھ لے لیکن جب وہ رسی کھینچی جاتی ہے تو اس شخص کی قابل رحم حالت پر بھی کسی کو رحم نہیں آتا اس رحمن کو بھی نہیں۔ یہی تو رومان کے ساتھ بھی ہوا تھا اسکے گناہوں نے اسے مکمل طور پر برباد کر دیا اور وہ اس بند کمرے میں اپنی ہار پر بربادی پر بس چلاتا رہ گیا۔
