"When Haider came into the room after changing, his eyes fell on Natalia who was leaning over Yusha sleeping on the bed and making love to him.
"Why are you disturbing his sleep? Let him sleep for a while?"
Haider said, interrupting Natalia. Natalia glanced at Haider, but she remained sitting next to Yusha. She ran her fingers gently through his silky hair and kissed his cheeks once again.
"Now I'm falling in love with you."
Haider teased in a low voice and came and lay down next to Yusha, but his voice was not so low that Natalia, who was sitting on the other side of Yusha, couldn't hear him.
"You too can become as cute as before, maybe then you too will start feeling loved."
Natalia said while looking at Haider. Haider started looking at her silently. She was also looking at Haider.
"Just take care of him instead of me. "Love this one, that's enough for me."
Haider, while indicating that he had been angry with Yusha a while ago, said to Natalia
"So what you mean is that if I scold my child or get angry, I don't love my child. It's a part of my being. I brought him into the world after enduring pain... Natalia started getting up while talking to Haider.
"There is a dress in this shopper. I thought it was good for you, so I bought it. If you like it, wear it at night."
After Haider spoke, Natalia started looking at the khaki-colored shopper that was on the dressing table.

"آپ بھی پہلے کی طرح پیارے بن جائیں ہوسکتا ہے پھر آپ پر بھی پیار آنے لگے"
نتالیہ حیدر کو دیکھتی ہوئی بولی حیدر خاموشی سے اُسے دیکھنے لگا وہ خود بھی حیدر کو ہی دیکھ رہی تھی
"میری جگہ بس اُسی کا دھیان رکھ لو اِسی کو پیار کرلو میرے لیے اتنا ہی کافی ہے"
حیدر اُس کو تھوڑی دیر پہلے یوشع پر غصّہ کرنے کا اشاروں میں جتاتا ہوا نتالیہ سے بولا
"یعنی آپ کے کہنے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ میں اگر اپنے بچے کو ڈانٹ دیتی ہوں یا غصّہ کرتی ہوں تو مجھے اپنی اولاد سے پیار نہیں ہے یہ میرے وجود کا حصّہ ہے تکلیف سہہ کر اِسے دنیا میں لائی ہوں۔۔۔ آپ اِن دو جملوں کی گہرائی میں جاکر دیکھ لیں تب آپ کو ماں کی محبت سمجھ آئے گی، جب آپ میرے پاس نہیں تھے تب میں اکیلے ہی اِس کا دھیان رکھتی تھی باپ بننا بہت آسان ہوتا ہے اگر مرد ماں بن کر دیکھے تو اُسے لگ پتا جائے"
نتالیہ حیدر سے بولتی ہوئی اُٹھنے لگی
"اِس شاپر میں ڈریس ہے تمہارے لیے اچھا لگا تھا تو خرید لیا اگر تمہیں پسند آئے تو رات میں یہی پہن لینا"
حیدر کے بولنے پر نتالیہ خاکی رنگ کے شاپر کو دیکھنے لگی جو ڈریسنگ ٹیبل پر موجود تھا
