"Come here. Girl." When his harsh voice echoed, she jumped from her place and took a few steps back. But there was a wall behind her.

"I don't like repeating myself." He gritted his teeth once again and a sob came out of Anusha's lips. The real test was about to begin.

When she slept last night, she did not know that the next day would bring so many tests for her.

Zargham Badr turned his neck and stared at him with red eyes and as soon as he stood on the next bridge, he came towards him and pushed him towards the ground by holding his arm. Anusha fell on the ground with a scream.

"Shut your tongue." He roared with full intensity while Anusha's eyes were locked tightly. The tight grip on the arm tormented her. The fingers of her strong hand were sunk into the arm.

"Open your eyes." He put pressure on Bhi, then she groaned and opened her eyes. For a moment, their eyes met. And the hearts on both sides started beating faster.

"You or your existence do not matter to me. And above all, you are the niece of your murderous uncle. With whom my enmity is very old. And now he killed my sister and attacked me." I paid my blood. But before that, I will take your life. You were very fond of your uncle. Now when you go back ruined, my revenge will be complete. My sister's soul will be calm. After that, I will beat your uncle. He chewed each word and Anusha looked at him with pitying eyes.

"مجھے اپنی بات دہرانا پسند نہیں ہے۔۔۔" ایک بار پھر وہ دانت پیسے غرایا تو انوشے کے لبوں سے سسکی نکلی تھی۔اصل امتحان تو اب اس کا شروع ہونے والا تھا۔

کل رات جب وہ سوئی تو اسے معلوم نہیں تھا اگلا دن اس کے لیے اتنے امتحان لے کر آئے گی۔

ضرغام بدر نے گردن موڑ کر اسے سرخ نگاہ سے گھورا اور اگلے ہی پل کھڑا ہوتا وہ اس کی جانب آیا اور اسے بازو سے جکڑ کر زمین کی جانب دھکیلا۔۔ انوشے چیخ کے ساتھ زمین پر گری تھی۔

آہہہ !!! ضرغام بدر خان نے جھک کر اسے سیدھا کیا اور اس کی تھوڑی کو سختی سے دبوچا۔۔

"سمجھ نہیں آتا میں کیا کہہ رہا تھا۔۔پہلے ہی دن میرے حکم کی نافرمانی کرنے کی گستاخی تم نے کیسے کی۔۔۔۔؟"

وہ دھاڑا تھا۔۔۔انوشے کی سیاہ بڑی بڑی آنکھوں میں آنسوں کی نمی پھیل گئی۔

"وہ۔۔ممم میں۔۔۔"

"زبان بند کرو اپنی۔۔۔" وہ پوری شدت سے دھاڑا جبکہ انوشے سختی سے آنکھیں میچ گئی۔بازو پر سخت گرفت۔۔۔نے اسے سخت اذیت دی تھی۔۔اس کے مضبوط ہاتھ کی انگلیاں بازو میں دھنس سی گئی تھیں۔۔

" آنکھیں کھولو۔۔۔" اس نے تھوڑی پر دباؤ ڈالا تو اس نے کراہ کر آنکھیں کھولی۔ایک پل کے لیے دونوں کی نگاہ ٹکرائی۔۔اور دونوں جانب دلوں نے دھڑکنوں کو تیز کیا۔۔

"میرے لیے تم یا تمھارا وجود کوئی اہمیت نہی رکھتا ۔۔۔اور سب سے بڑھ کر اپنے قاتل چچا کی  بھتیجی ہو تم ۔۔۔جس سے میری دشمنی بہت پرانی ہے ۔۔۔اور اب اس نے میری بہن کا قتل کرکے مجھ پر اپنا خون واجب کردیا ۔۔۔لیکن اس سے پہلے میں تمہاری جان لوں گا۔۔بہت لاڈلی تھی ناں تم اپنے چچا کی۔۔۔اب جب تم برباد ہوکر واپس جاؤ گی تو میرا انتقام پورا ہوگا۔۔میری بہن کی روح پرسکون ہوگی۔۔۔"اس کے بعد تمھارے چچا کو تڑپا تڑپا کے ماروں گا۔وہ ایک ایک لفظ چبا کر  بولا تو انوشے نے رحم طلب نظروں سے اسے دیکھا۔۔جس کی آنکھوں میں فلحال اس کے لیے سفاکیت تھی۔۔ 

"تمہاری یہ بہتی آنکھیں معصوم حسن مجھ پر اثر نہیں کرے گا۔۔۔"

اس نے انوشے کی بازو کو جھٹکا دئیے۔۔اسے اپنے مقابل کھڑا کیا تو وہ توازن برقرار نہ رکھنے کے باعث سیدھا اس سے ٹکرائی تھی۔۔لیکن ضرغام بدر نے اسے کسی اچھوت کی طرح خود سے دور کیا کہ وہ سیدھا اس کے قدموں میں جاگری تھی۔۔انوشے کراہ پڑی اس کا دل چاہا زمین پھٹے اور وہ اس میں سماجائے۔۔

"آج پہلی اور آخری بار میں اپنی بات دہرا چکا ہوں۔۔آج کے بعد میرے حکم عدولی کی تو یاد رکھنا میں معاف کرنا نہیں جانتا۔میں صرف سزا دیتا ہوں۔۔اور میری سزا موت سے بھی بدتر ہوتی ہے۔۔۔" وہ سسکتے ہوئے بسی سے رو رہی تھی۔

۔۔جبکہ اس کے الفاظ کانوں میں کسی نوک دار کانچ کی طرح چھب رہے تھے۔۔لیکن  اس کے اگلے الفاظ اس کا حلق بھی خشک کرچکے تھے۔
