مناہل نے آخری بات مسکرا کر کہی۔

اور خود بھی وہاں سے چلی گئی۔

وہ جانتی تھی کہ اس کی ماں کیا بات کرنے والی ہے۔اس لیے وہ خوش تھی اور جائش کے خیالوں میں کھوئی ہوئی وہ چل رہی تھی۔

جب کرسی کے ساتھ اس کی ٹانگ ٹکرائی اور سامنے بیٹھی جزا جو موبائل پر کچھ ٹائپ کر رہی تھی گرم کافی اس کے بازو پر جا گری۔

جزا تکلیف کے مارے کراہ پڑی اور فوراً کھڑے ہوتے اپنے بازو کو جھٹکنے لگی۔

مناہل بھی ایک دم ہڑبڑا گئی۔

جائش جو کمرے میں داخل ہونے والا تھا اس نے جزا کے چیخ سنی تو فوراً اس کے پاس آیا۔

اور اس کے سرخ ہوتے بازو کو دیکھا۔

 سوری وہ میں اس کرسی کے ساتھ ٹکرا گئی تھی اس لیے کافی تم پر گر گئی۔

مناہل نے جلدی سے کہا۔سوری بھی اس نے جائش کو دیکھ کر بولا تھا۔

آپ اندر جائیں اور تم میرے ساتھ آؤ جائش نے پہلے مناہل کو دیکھا پھر جزا کو دیکھتے آخری بات کہی۔

اس کا چہرہ سرخ ہو رہا تھا اور آنکھوں میں آنسو جمع تھے۔وہ بھی اپنا بازو پکڑے جائش کے پیچھے چلی گئی۔

جائش کا جزا کو اپنے ساتھ لے کر جانا مناہل کو ایک آنکھ نا بھایا تھا لیکن ابھی وہ کچھ نہیں کر سکتی تھی اس لیے اپنی ماں کے پاس کمرے میں چلی گئی۔

جائش نے اپنے کمرے میں آتے فرسٹ ایڈ باکس پکڑا اور پیچھے کھڑی جزا کو بیٹھنے کا اشارہ کیا جو خاموشی کے ساتھ بیٹھ گئی تھی۔

اس وقت اس کے چہرے کو دیکھ کر صاف پتہ چل رہا تھا کہ وہ کس قدر تکلیف میں ہے۔

جائش نے اس کے بازو کو دیکھا جو کافی سرخ ہو رہا تھا۔

جائش اس کے سامنے بیٹھا اور اس کے ہاتھ کو پکڑا جزا جائش کے چھونے پر سانس روک چکی تھی۔

اب تکلیف سے زیادہ تو اسے سامنے بیٹھے انسان سے ناجانے کیوں خوف محسوس ہو رہا تھا۔جائش نے آرام سے اس کے بازو پر کریم لگائی جس سے اسے ٹھنڈک محسوس ہوئی تھی اور جلن کا احساس کم ہوا تھا۔

جزا نے دوسرے ہاتھ سے اپنے گال پر بہتے آنسو کو صاف کیا تو بےساختہ جائش کی نظریں جزا کی نظروں سے ایک پل کے لیے ٹکرائی تھیں۔

جزا نے فوراً اپنی نظریں جھکا لی لیکن جائش ابھی بھی اسے دیکھ رہا تھا۔

کل تم یونیورسٹی سے جلدی کیوں نکلی تھی؟ 

کچھ دیر دیکھنے کے بعد جائش نے سرد لہجے میں میں پوچھا۔

جزا نے پریشانی سے سامنے دیکھا تھا۔

اُسے حیرانگی ہوئی تھی کہ جائش کو کیسے پتہ چلا۔وہ تو صلہ کے لیے گفٹ لینے کے لیے اپنی دوست کے ساتھ کچھ فاصلے پر مال تھا وہاں گئی تھی۔کیونکہ کچھ دنوں بعد اُس کی برتھ ڈے تھی تو جزا کا دوبارہ باہر چکر نہیں لگنا تھا۔

وہ مجھے مال جانا تھا۔جزا نے اپنا حلق تر کرتے کہا۔

کیوں؟ جائش نے اگلا سوال کیا۔

وہ صلہ کی سالگرہ تھی مجھے گفٹ لینا تھا۔

جزا نے نظریں جھکائے کہا۔

آئندہ تم اکیلی باہر کہی نہیں جاؤ گی اور یونیورسٹی سے سیدھی گھر واپس آؤ گی۔

اور یہ سب مجھے دوبارہ نا کہنا پڑے جائش نے اپنی جگہ سے کھڑے ہوتے سنجیدگی سے کہا۔

اور بنا جزا کا جواب سنے وہاں سے چلا گیا۔

جزا حیران پریشان سی بیٹھی دروازے کو دیکھ رہی تھی۔

اسے کچھ سمجھ نہیں آرہا تھا کہ جائش کو کیسے پتہ چلا کہ وہ مال گئی ہے۔

جزا بھی بیڈ سے اُٹھی اور یہی سوچتی ہوئی کمرے سے باہر چلی گئی۔
