فارس:’’اچھا۔’تو بعد میں تم اپنی بات سے کیسے مکرو گی؟‘‘

زمر:’’یہ سوچنا اور اس معاملے کو سنبھالنا تمہارا کام ہے۔تم میری حفاظت کرو گے‘تم میرا دفاع کرو گے‘اور جس دلدل میں میں نے خود کو ڈال دیا ہے‘ تم مجھے اس سے نکالو گے ایک تمہاری وجہ سے ہی مجھے بے فکری تھی۔‘‘ 

فارس:’’تم یہ سب کرنے سے پہلے مجھ سے پوچھ بھی سکتی تھیں!‘‘

زمر:’’میں نے کہا ناں ‘ میں نے خود کو چنا ہے۔تم خفا ہو؟‘‘

فارس:’’نہیں‘ مگر مجھے افسوس ہے کہ میں ابھی تک تمہیں یہ یقین نہیں دلا سکا کہ میں تمہیں کسی کام سے نہیں روکوں گا۔آئی ایم سوری اگر میں نے تمہیں یہ محسوس کروایا ہے کہ تم مجھے اعتماد میں لو گی تو میں تمہیں تمہاری مرضی کے کام سے منع کردوں گا۔‘‘

زمر:’’اب اگر غصہ کرو گے تو کیسے آئے گا مجھے یہ اعتماد؟‘‘ 

فارس:’’غصہ کیوں کروں گا۔مجھے تو خوش ہونا چاہیئے کہ دو خوبصورت عورتیں میرے لئے لڑ رہی ہیں۔‘‘ 

زمر:’’ایک خوبصورت عورت!‘‘تنبیہہ کی۔
